Cura Insurance is hiring an Insurance Producer to help drive new personal lines business and build long-term client relationships across Kansas and Missouri. This role is for someone who is motivated, organized, and comfortable owning the full sales cycle—from prospecting and quoting to closing and ongoing client support. As an independent agency, Cura represents multiple carriers, giving producers the flexibility to design coverage that actually fits the client rather than forcing one-size-fits-all policies. Requirements:
Property & Casualty license (required prior to start, guidance and support provided)
Life & Health license (within first year)
Strong communication skills, self-accountability, sales discipline, and customer focus
